WOAS is welcoming, orientation, housing and studies. Enterprise specialized on conducting housing, the study of the Spanish language, professional orientation and the mobility of students and young foreigners in Madrid, Spain.

Our goals are to provide housing:

•  within Spanish families

•  in shared apartments

The latter case is for those students who prefer to enjoy their experience in Madrid. Our purpose is to make sure that each foreigner feels at ease with the type of housing that better fits his or her needs in order to contribute towards a nice experience in Madrid. Besides our goals, we hope to conduct his or her study of the Spanish language and provide him or her with all the proper orientation regarding this study either in private or public institutions.

WOAS offers different types of housing. We also offer to deal with the study of the Spanish language and the possibility to be successful it in any type of institution.
